This clinic is designed to empower gymnasts with the mindset and tools to thrive under pressure, manage fear, and embrace the challenges of competition.

Session 1: Overcome mental blocks & Master the Mindset
Learn to rationalize fear, label it, so your daughter can walk through it, turn the page and thrive! This will teach your daughter to focus on what she can control! Learn how to stay calm and confident, no matter the equipment or judging conditions. This session teaches gymnasts how to channel their energy into the things that matter.
Each gymnast will create a personalized Failure Recovery Plan to bounce back stronger from setbacks.
Session 2: Overcoming Fear & Comparison
Learn the art of transforming fear into focus and letting go of unhealthy comparisons.
Mental Skills Applied to Balance beam and Floor
Gymnasts will have 30-45 minutes of open gym to apply elite mental skills to her goal skills.

This experience is very interactive! There’s some skill instruction, small group discussion, and activations where the athletes get up on the equipment and apply the elite mental skills to drills on beam and floor including their goal skills in gymnastics.

Yes: Of the 3 hours, about 45 min - 1 hour are on the apparatus doing gymnastics. If she’s healing from an injury she can still participate. For example, instead of doing the leaps or handstand, she do a lever on a low balance beam or kicks at the ½.

We are big believers that everyone in an athlete’s life impacts their confidence and success (Including parents and coaches). The VIP parent zoom call is a $30 add-on on, Jan. 6th at 11:30am. Becky will share elite mental strategies with parents and do a live Q and A as parents can reiterate these skills at home.
