Session 2: Mental Skills Applied to GYMNASTICS
Gymnasts will spend one hour applying elite mental skills to gymnastics drills and goal skills—whether it’s maintaining focus during a tumbling pass, using their script after a fall, or practicing “next skill” mentality to stay present and confident.
Session 3: parent wrap-up session
The last 20 minutes of each clinic will include an optional session with Becky and Nadalie for parents. This conversation will reinforce the confidence-building tools taught to gymnasts and provide guidance on how to support these skills at home.
