Session 1: Overcome mental blocks & Master the Mindset
Gymnasts will learn to recognize and rationalize fear, stay calm and confident, and focus on what they can control—no matter the equipment or judging conditions. Athletes will learn how to CCC it (catch it, cancel it, and correct a negative thought) which is key as there is times to talk to ourself rather than listen to ourself.
Each gymnast will create a personalized Failure Recovery Plan to bounce back stronger from mistakes, missed skills, or setbacks. Your gymnast will master the “I declare” secret to success. Your athlete will learn to turn the page quickly on a mistake w/ practice at stations like a blind drawing contest, juggling, and hitting a drill in gymnastics.
Session 2: Increase confidence
Gymnasts will learn how to transform fear into focus, let go of unhealthy comparisons, and build confidence on every apparatus through an elite script, pre-competition morning routine, post competition reflection routine, and powerful body language used by top-level athletes.
Break - Pack a Snack from home
Session 3: Mental Skills Applied to GYMNASTICS
Gymnasts will spend one hour applying elite mental skills to gymnastics drills and goal skills—whether it’s maintaining focus during a tumbling pass, using their script after a fall, or practicing “next skill” mentality to stay present and confident.
Session 4: parent wrap-up session
The last 20 minutes of each clinic will include an optional session with Becky and Nadalie for parents. This conversation will reinforce the confidence-building tools taught to gymnasts and provide guidance on how to support these skills at home.

We are big believers that everyone in an athlete’s life impacts their confidence and success (Including parents and coaches). The VIP parent zoom call is a $30 add-on on, Nov. 13th at 11:30am. Becky and Nadalie will share elite mental strategies with parents and do a live Q and A as parents can reiterate these skills at home. They’ll talk about what to say and what not to say on the car rides to and from a meet.
-
Come dressed in gymnastics attire as they’ll be flipping for an hour.
-
YES! There will be about 45 minutes of good reminders from the last clinic. The rest of the time we’ll build on what was learned and share a few new elite mindset strategies used by college athletes and the pros.
-
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds. However, if your athlete was injured, this is an awesome way to grow through recovery. An injured athlete can still participate in the majority of the clinic.
