Session 1: Overcome mental blocks & Master the Mindset
Gymnasts will learn to recognize and rationalize fear, stay calm and confident, and focus on what they can control—no matter the equipment or judging conditions. This session teaches athletes how to channel their energy into the things that truly matter and walk away stronger, more confident, and ready to thrive.
Each gymnast will create a personalized Failure Recovery Plan to bounce back stronger from mistakes, missed skills, or setbacks. They’ll master the “I declare” secret to success.
Session 2: Increase confidence
Gymnasts will learn how to transform fear into focus, let go of unhealthy comparisons, and build confidence on every apparatus through an elite script, pre-competition morning routine, and powerful body language used by top-level athletes.
Session 3: Mental Skills Applied to GYMNASTICS
Gymnasts will spend one hour applying elite mental skills to gymnastics drills—whether it’s maintaining focus during a tumble pass, using their script after a fall, or practicing “next skill” mentality to stay present and confident.
Break - Pack a Snack from home
SESSION 4: PARENT WRAP-UP SESSION
The last 20 minutes of each clinic will include an optional session with Becky and Nadalie for parents. This conversation will reinforce the confidence-building tools taught to gymnasts and provide guidance on how to support these skills at home.
