This Contract is entered into by Championship Culture Coach LLC. and Aspire Gymnastics Academy LLC.

and
Erin Becker, Aspire Gymnastics Academy, 2701 Black Road Joliet, IL 60435 erinbecker7@yahoo.com. (847) 708-7489 (“Gym Owner”)
This Agreement is entered into on the date the contract is signed, between Becky Beaulieu, operating as Championship Culture Coach LLC, ("Consultant"), and Erin Becker operating as Aspire Gymnastics Academy ("Gym Owner").
WHEREAS, Consultant is engaged in consulting services specializing in culture coaching and mental performance coaching; and
WHEREAS, the Gym Owner is in a position to host a Champion’s Edge Clinic at Aspire Gymnastics on Sat. Oct. 11th, 2025 from 2:30pm -6:00pm CT.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT
1.1 The Gym Owner agrees to send two emails to their Xcel, Cumpulsory, and Optional Gymnasts 4th grade -12th grade and CC Becky@championshipculturecoach.com and Nadaliew@nadaliewalsh.com (if able) or provide your email list at least three weeks prior and the consultant will do the work to share the clinic brochure with your gymnasts.
1.2 The Gym Owner agrees to co-collaborate on two social media posts regarding the Champion’s Edge Clinic on Facebook and Instagram. The consultant and her staff will do the work for this.
1.3 The Gym Owner and coaches agree to announce and talk up the clinic and send the brochures home that will be mailed to your gym by the consultant with your Cumpulsory, Xcel, and Optional Gymansts that are 4th grade and older.
1.4 The Owner agrees (if able) to forward the flyer and clickable link to registration page via email to all other Gymnastics Clubs in the state of IL.
1.5 We ask that the host Gymnastics Team (if able) coaches are present and coaching the open gym portion of the clinic at 4:30pm. It’s optimal if the team coaches are present the whole time as they can reiterate these elite mindset strategies throughout the season.
1.6 We need at least 25 registered to move forward with the clinic. One mental performance coach will lead the clinic with 25-44 registrants. Two mental performance coaches will lead the clinic with 45+ registered.
1.7 The gym should be empty during the time of the clinic, meaning there aren’t other classes going on so the gymnasts can focus and practice big body language near the apparatus
1.8 The consultant and her staff agree to serve your gymnasts and the gymnasts registered for the clinic to the best of their ability. Best practices in the industry will be used and we agree to teach overcoming fear, comparison, creating a failure recovery plan, and focusing on what’s in their control. There will be some use of balance beams and floor exercise. The coaches and staff of Aspire Gymnastics are welcome to attend the Champion’s Edge Clinic as professional development at no cost.
2.PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Terms: There is no fee for the use of the gym as it’s an exchange for excellent marketing for your gym and serving your athletes, helping them thrive mentally for competition season. Aspire coaches are welcome to attend for free as professional development. There will be a payment of $60 for Aspire Gymnastics providing two staff members to work the check in desk 45 minutes prior to the clinic. This will be requested 10 days prior to the clinic by the consultant.
2.2 Method of Payment: Payment shall be made to Aspire Gymnastics within 30 days of the clinic date via check.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
3.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions herein.
3.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party. The agreement may not be terminated after registrations are open and live on the website.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.
4.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
