This Contract is entered into by Championship Culture Coach LLC. and Blizzard Baseball LLC.

and
Adam Barta, Blizzard Baseball Academy, 3325 Labore Road Vadnais Heights, MN 55110 abarta@minnesotabaseballacademy.com (612)750-7320 (“Club Owner”)
This Agreement is entered into on the date the contract is signed, between Becky Beaulieu, operating as Championship Culture Coach LLC, ("Consultant"), and Adam Barta or Cole Albers operating as Blizzard Baseball Academy ("Gym Owner/Club Director").
WHEREAS, Consultant is engaged in consulting services specializing in culture coaching and mental performance coaching; and
WHEREAS, the Owner is in a position to host a Champion’s Edge Clinic at Blizzard Baseball on Mar. 7, 2025 from 4:30pm -7:30pm CT.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT
1.1 The Gym Owner agrees to send two emails to their 5th grade and older baseball players, and CC Becky@championshipculturecoach.com or provide your email list of 1,000+ at least 5 weeks prior and the consultant will do the work to share the clinic brochure with your players.
1.2 The Owner and his staff agree to co-collaborate on two social media posts regarding the Champion’s Edge Clinic. The consultant and her staff will do the work for this.
1.3 The Owner agrees to send the brochures home that will be mailed to you by the consultant with your players 5th grade and older.
1.4 The consultant and her staff agree to serve your players and the players registered for the clinic to the best of their ability. Best practices in the industry will be used and we agree to teach overcoming fear, comparison, creating a failure recovery plan, elite game day morning routine, and focusing on what’s in their control. There will be some use of drills and the batting cages. The coaches and staff of Blizzard are welcome to attend the Champion’s Edge Clinic as professional development at no cost.
2.PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Terms: The consultant will pay $500 for use of the facility on Mar. 7, 2025 if there’s 50 participants or less and $600 if there are 51+ players registered. An additional $60 will be added if Blizzard provides two staff members to work the check in desk from 3:45pm -4:45pm. This will be requested 10 days prior to the clinic by the consultant.
2.2 Method of Payment: Payment shall be made to Blizzard within 30 days of the clinic date via check.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
3.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions herein.
3.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party. The agreement may not be terminated after registrations are open and live on the website.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.
4.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
