This Contract is entered into by Championship Culture Coach LLC. and Blizzard Baseball LLC.

Adam Barta, Blizzard Baseball Academy, 3325 Labore Road Vadnais Heights, MN 55110 abarta@minnesotabaseballacademy.com (612)750-7320 (“Club Owner”)
This Agreement is entered into on the date the contract is signed, between Becky Beaulieu, operating as Championship Culture Coach LLC, ("Consultant"), and Adam Barta or Cole Albers operating as Blizzard Baseball Academy ("Gym Owner/Club Director").
WHEREAS, Consultant is engaged in consulting services specializing in culture coaching and mental performance coaching; and
WHEREAS, the Owner is in a position to host a Champion’s Edge Confidence Clinic at Blizzard Baseball on Jan. 18, 2026 from 1:00pm -4:00pm CT.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT
1.1 The Owner/Club Director agree provide your email list of 1,000+ at least 2.5 weeks prior and the consultant will do the work to share the clinic brochure with your players, or we’ll draft an email and your staff will forward three emails to your 3rd grade and older baseball players, and CC Becky@championshipculturecoach.com. The email list will only be used to share the clinic details.
1.2 The Owner and his staff agree to co-collaborate on three social media posts regarding the Champion’s Edge Clinic on Facebook, Instagram, and X. The consultant and her staff will do the work for this.
1.3 The Owner/Club director agree to hand out, announce, and send the brochures home that will be mailed to you by the consultant with all players 3rd grade and older that are enrolled in winter training.
1.4 The consultant and her staff agree to serve your players and the players registered for the clinic to the best of their ability. Best practices in the industry will be used and we agree to teach creating a snap back plan or failure recovery plan, elite game day morning routine, and focusing on what’s in their control. There will be some use of drills and the batting cages. The coaches and staff of Blizzard are welcome to attend the Champion’s Edge Clinic as professional development at no cost.
1.7 We need at least 25 registered to move forward with the clinic. One mental performance coach will lead the clinic with 25-44 registrants. Two mental performance coaches will lead the clinic with 45+ registered.
1.8 The facility should be empty during the time of the clinic, meaning there aren’t other large group practices nor lessons going on so the baseball players can focus and practice their snap back routine and failure recovery stations. Both parties agree that a small lesson going on with less than 10 players at the same time as the clinic is permissible.
1.9 Blizzard agrees to provide 1 coach per 12 athletes registered to help coach the 1 hour of batting cage work from 3pm-4pm. The players will bring their notecard snap back plan with them and will practice opposite grip fungo, hitting with their opposite hand, and other drills.
1.10 Blizzard will provide a Projector that has HDMI access.
2.PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Terms: The consultant will pay $500 for use of the facility on Jan. 18, 2026. An additional $60 will be added if Blizzard provides two staff members to work the check in desk from 12:30pm -1:15pm. This will be requested a week prior to the clinic by the consultant.
2.2 The clinic is great marketing opportunity for the club as it’s gotten 80+ athletes registered from 5-16 different clubs. Please feel free to send this out high school coaches in Minnesota.
2.3 Method of Payment: Payment shall be made to Blizzard within 30 days of the clinic date via check.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
3.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions herein.
3.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (20) days' written notice to the other party. The agreement may not be terminated after registrations are open and live on the website.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.
4.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
