MEET THE COACHES

With 18 seasons as an NCAA head coach, former licensed psychologist, and mental-health liaison, Becky now works 1:1 with athletes through her 8-Week Elite Mindset Program. She helps teams and individuals build an elite mindset, confidence, and a mental edge and has supported several college teams and one professional team.

Doug has served as a Tennis Professional and Director at Life Time Fitness – Bloomington South for over 14 years, working with players of all ages and competitive levels to strengthen fundamentals, strategy, and mental approach on the court.

Session 1: Master the Mindset 9:00-11:00am
Session 2: Mental Skills Applied to Tennis Drills 11:00-12:00pm
Session 3: Parent Wrap-Up 11:40-12:00pm w/ Becky

This clinic is very interactive! There’s some skill instruction, small group discussion, and activations where the athletes apply the elite mental skills to tennis drills. They’ll be on court for 50 min- 1 hour. -
Yes: Of the 3 hours, about 50 min are on spent doing drills and applying big body language and elite mental strategies to their tennis. If he/she is healing from an injury they can still participate and observe those parts or participate where able.

We are big believers that everyone in an athlete’s life impacts their confidence and success (Including parents and coaches). The VIP parent zoom call is a $30 add-on on, July 29th at 11:30am. Becky will do a deep dive and share elite mental strategies with parents and do a live Q and A as parents can reiterate these skills at home.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds. However, if your athlete was injured, this is ana awesome way to grow through recovery. An injured athlete can still participate in the majority of the clinic.

Athletes should bring their racquet, bag, wear tennis attire and court shoes.

30-45 minutes will be good reminders, and the other remaining hours will be new information to build off what they already learned.
