Champion’s Edge Agreement
This Contract is entered into by Championship Culture Coach LLC. and DJ Hillier.

and
DJ Hillier, Lakeville, MN dj@mi5fitness.com (952)807-8251 ("Consultant”)
This Agreement is entered into on the date the contract is signed between Becky Beaulieu, operating as Championship Culture Coach LLC (“Owner”), and DJ Hillier ("Consultant") .
WHEREAS, Owner is engaged in the provision of consulting services specializing in culture coaching and mental performance coaching; and
WHEREAS, Owner is interested in hiring the Consultant to co-facilitate the Champion’s Edge Confidence Clinic on Jan. 18, 2026 1:00-4:00pm at Blizzard Baseball, 3325 LaBore Road, Vadnais Heights, MN. Both parties agree to be present 30 minutes prior to the start of the clinic. DJ Hillier will lead from 1pm - 2pm and is welcome to stay for the duration of the clinic.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
DETAILS OF WORK
1.1 . DJ Hillier will lead the clinic for 1 hour on Jan. 18, 2026. He agrees to co-collaborate on 3 social media posts regarding the Champion’s Edge Clinic. The Owner and her staff will do the work for this and the consultant agrees to post 3 IG posts and stories with the link to book. The Consultant will share the post about time and location of the clinics on Facebook and Instagram. The consultant also agrees to share the clinic email to previous club baseball players that he’s worked with individually.
1.2 The consultant and owner agree to serve the athletes registered for the clinic to the best of their ability. Best practices in the industry will be used and we agree to teach confidence, next pitch body language, comparison, creating a failure recovery plan, and focusing on what’s in their control.
2.PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Terms: The Owner will pay the Consultant $750 for speaking at the Champion’s Edge Confidence Clinic.
2.2 Method of Payment: Payment shall be paid to Consultant via check or Venmo within 7 days of the clinic.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
3.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party or the work is completed in accordance with the provisions herein.
3.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. The contract may not be terminated after the website is live for registrations of the Champion’s Edge Clinic.
3.3 With 40 or more partricipants, both the owner and consultant will lead the clinic. If 39 or less participants are registered for the clinic, Becky will put on the clinic independently so it’s cost effective. The email list of registrants and their email addresses will be shared with DJ Hillier. The consultant is welcome to sell his book, videotape, and use the video for his social media or website.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.
4.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
