and
Maia Puleo, Infinite Gymnastics 8989 N. 55th St. Milwaukee, WI 53223 infinitegymnastics22@gmail.com (763)479-3189 (“Owner”)
This Agreement is entered into on the date the contract is signed, between Becky Beaulieu, operating as Championship Culture Coach LLC, ("Consultant"), and Maia Puleo operating as Infinite Gymnastics ("Owner").
WHEREAS, Consultant is engaged in consulting services specializing in culture coaching and mental performance coaching; and
WHEREAS, the Gym is in a position to host a Champion’s Edge Clinic at Infinite Gymnastics on Sept. 27, 2025 from 1:00pm -4:30pm CT.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT
1.1 The Owner and/or Head Team Coach agree to send one email for the webinar, and two emails promoting the clinic to their Xcel, Cumpulsory, High School, and Optional gymnasts, boys and girls, 4th grade and older and CC Becky@championshipculturecoach.com and Nadalie@nadaliewalsh.com or provide your email list at least one month prior and the consultant will do the work to share the clinic information and website with your gymnasts’ families
1.2 The Owner/Head team coach agree to co-collaborate on two social media posts regarding the Champion’s Edge Clinic. The consultant and her staff will do the work for this. The gym will share the post on Facebook and Instagram.
1.3 The Gym Owner and coaches agree to announce and talk up the clinic and send the brochures home that will be mailed to your gym by the consultant with your Cumpulsory, Xcel, High School, and Optional Gymnasts that are 4th grade and older.
1.4 The Owner agrees (if able) to forward the flyer via email to all other Gymnastics Clubs in the state of WI.
1.5 The consultant and her staff agree to serve your gymnasts and the gymnasts registered for the clinic to the best of their ability. Best practices in the industry will be used and we agree to teach confidence, overcoming fear, comparison, creating a failure recovery plan, and focusing on what’s in their control. There will be some use of the gymnastics equipment. The coaches and staff of Infinte Gymnastics are welcome to attend the Champion’s Edge Clinic as professional development at no cost.
1.6 We ask that Infinite Gymnastics Team coaches are present and coaching the open gym portion of the clinic at 3:00pm. Infinite Gymnastics will provide 1 coach per 15 gymnasts registered.
1.7 We need at least 25 registered to move forward with the clinic. One mental performance coach will lead the clinic with 25-44 registrants. Two mental performance coaches will lead the clinic with 45+ registered.
1.8 The gym should be empty during the time of the clinic, meaning there aren’t other classes going on so the gymnasts can focus and practice big body language near the beam and bars.
2.PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Terms: There will be no charge for the use of the gym, rather an exchange as its excellent marketing for the gym. $60 will be paid to Infinite Gymnastics for providing two staff members to work the check in desk 45 minutes prior to the clinic. This will be requested 10 days prior to the clinic by the consultant.
2.2 Method of Payment: Payment shall be made to Infinite Gymnastics or directly to the front desk worker within 30 days of the clinic date via check.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
3.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions herein.
3.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. The agreement may not be terminated after registrations are open and live on the website unless minimal numbers are not met.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.
4.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
