This agreement is entered into by Championship Culture Coach LLC. and Life Time Athletic Eden Prarie.

and, Life Time Athletic Eden Prarie, 755 Prarie Center Dr. Eden Prarie, MN 55344 greid@lifetimefitness.com 952-829-8430(“National Tennis Director”)
This Agreement is entered into on the date the contract is signed, between Becky Beaulieu, operating as Championship Culture Coach LLC, ("Consultant"), and Gordon Reid operating as Life Time Eden Prarie ("Tennis Director").
WHEREAS, Consultant is engaged in consulting services specializing in culture coaching and mental performance coaching; and
WHEREAS, the Tennis Director is in a position to host a Champion’s Edge Confidence Clinic at Life Time Tennis on Sat. March 21, 2026 from 2:30pm -5:30pm CT. The community room or classroom is reserved from 2:30pm - 5:30pm, plus 30 minutes for set up at 2pm. The 6 tennis courts are reserved for 4:40-5:30pm.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT
1.1 The Tennis Director agrees to forward three emails to your 4th grade and older tennis players, and CC Becky@championshipculturecoach.com. Gordon and his staff will forward the 3 emails promoting the clinic to all 7 Twin Cities Life Time Tennis Pros and ask them to share it with their junior’s families.
1.2 The Tennis Director and his staff agree to co-collaborate on three social media posts regarding the Champion’s Edge Clinic on Facebook, Instagram (if able). The consultant and her staff will do the work for this.
1.3 The Tennis director agree to hand out, announce, and send the brochures home that will be mailed to you by the consultant with all tennis players 4th grade and older that are enrolled in winter training.
1.4 The consultant and her staff agree to serve your players and the players registered for the clinic to the best of their ability. Best practices in the industry will be used and we agree to teach creating a snap back plan or failure recovery plan, elite game day morning routine, and focusing on what’s in their control. There will be some use of drills and the tennis courts the last hour. The coaches and pros at Life Time are welcome to attend the Champion’s Edge Clinic as professional development at no cost.
1.7 We need at least 15 registered to move forward with the clinic.
1.8 The classroom or community room should be empty during the time of the clinic. We will reserve 6 tennis courts at this time, Becky will reach out to Gordon Reid 2 weeks prior to the clinic to let him know the final number of courts needed. Championship Culture Coach will be charged $40 per court used.
2.PAYMENT
2.1 Payment Terms: The consultant will pay $40 per court for use of the facility on March 21, 2026. An additional $60 will be added if Life Time provides two staff members to work the check in desk from 1:45pm -2:30pm. This will be requested a week prior to the clinic by the consultant.
2.2 The clinic is great marketing opportunity for the club as it’s gotten 80+ athletes registered from 5-16 different clubs. Non Life Time members may sign up for the clinic.
2.3 Method of Payment: Payment shall be made to Life Time within 30 days of the clinic date via check.
3. TERM AND TERMINATION
3.1 Term: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions herein.
3.2 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. The agreement may not be terminated after registrations are open and live on the website.
4. MISCELLANEOUS
4.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties.
4.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.
