A few Reminders:

  • Pack a dinner or snack from home. 

  • Arrive 15 minute early for check in

  • Come dressed for activity on balance beam and floor exercise (leotard or spandex and tank top/typical practice attire). 

  • Bonus: Bring a notebook or journal (optional)

  • If your home gym is Aspire Gymnastics or North Shore Gymnastics and your daughter has practiced there in the past year, you don’t need to complete the 2nd waiver.
