Come dressed for activity on balance beam and floor exercise (leotard or spandex and tank top/typical practice attire).

If your home gym is Aspire Gymnastics or North Shore Gymnastics and your daughter has practiced there in the past year, you don’t need to complete the 2nd waiver.
